Why the plan comes before the price
Most course projects stall in the same place. You know the material cold, you have taught it a hundred times, and somewhere there is a folder of slides and notes. What you do not have is the six to eight weeks it takes to turn that into scripted, filmed, assessed lessons that hold up in an LMS.
Agencies usually answer that with a discovery call that produces a proposal three days later, or an hourly rate that makes the final cost unknowable. Both leave you deciding in the dark.
We do it the other way round. On a 20-minute call we build the structure with you and quote the whole build in one number. You see exactly what would get made and what it costs before you commit to anything. If the price does not work, you still walk away with the map, and you are free to build it yourself or take it to someone else.
That is the whole offer. There is no second call, no deck, and nothing to sign on the day.

Is this a sales call?
It is a working session that ends in a price. We spend the time mapping your course, not pitching. If we are not a fit we will tell you on the call rather than chase you afterwards.
What does a build actually cost?
Builds start at $3,000 and are quoted as one fixed price for the whole program. Most projects land between $3,000 and $15,000 depending on the number of modules and the depth of production.
What if my material is not written yet?
That is normal and it is fine. Plenty of clients arrive with notes, slide decks, or nothing but what is in their head. Scripting from raw material is part of the build.
Will it work in our LMS, and who owns it?
We deliver SCORM-ready packages that drop into most platforms, and can build directly in Moodle or Google Classroom. You get full IP and the editable source files on delivery.
How long does a build take?
A single course is usually 2 to 4 weeks from approved scope. Multi-module certification programs run longer, and the timeline is laid out in the plan we build on the call.
I am not in the US. Can we still work together?
Yes. We work with clients across the US, UK, Canada, Australia and the UAE, and the booking calendar shows times in your own timezone.
