SCORM course not completing? We fix it free.
A SCORM course that will not complete almost always has 1 of 4 causes: the wrong completion rule, the wrong SCORM version, a missing finish signal, or a blocked window. You can check all 4 below in about 10 minutes.
No time? Send us the file. Within 48 hours you get the fixed zip, or a short note on what breaks and how to fix it.

Why is my SCORM course not completing?
Check these 4 causes in order. Once you know which one it is, most fixes take a few minutes.
The completion rule is wrong
Open the publish settings in your authoring tool. Look at what counts as complete: slides viewed, or quiz passed. If it says 100% of slides and some slides are hidden or skipped, no one can finish. Set it to the quiz, or to the slides people can reach.
Your LMS wants a different SCORM version
Open the zip and find imsmanifest.xml. It says SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004. Check which one your LMS takes. Not sure? Publish in SCORM 1.2. Almost every LMS accepts it. Which version each LMS supports.
The course never sends “complete”
Open the LMS report for one test learner. If the status stays “incomplete” after they finish, the course never sent the finish signal. Add a trigger on the last slide, or on the quiz result.
The browser blocks or closes the window
If the course opens in a new window, the browser may block it, or close it before the data saves. Try Chrome with pop-ups allowed. If that works, set the course to open in the same window. Fix for Safari and Chrome.
What you get back in 48 hours
The fixed file
A zip that completes and scores in your LMS. We test it before we send it.
The cause, in plain words
3 lines: what broke, why, and how to stop it next time.
A check on the rest
If other courses were built the same way, we tell you which ones may fail too.
Questions about the free fix
Is the fix really free?
Yes, for companies. No card and no contract. If your course needs a rebuild, not a fix, we tell you the cost first and you decide.
Can you fix a course you did not build?
Yes. We read the file itself: the manifest, the settings and what it sends to the LMS. We do not need the person who built it.
Why a link and not an upload?
Links keep big files easy to send, and Google Drive, Dropbox and WeTransfer check files for viruses. Set the link so anyone with it can download.
What if it cannot be fixed?
You get a short note: the cause, what a fix needs, and what a rebuild would cost. No pressure either way.
Is my course safe with you?
We only use it to test and fix it. We never share it or show it to anyone without your written OK.
