Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 September 2026

These terms explain what you get when you buy from us, what we ask of you, and how payment, revisions, and refunds work. Please read them before you pay.

Who we are

MonetizeUrContent LLC runs buildmacourse.com. In this page, "we" and "us" mean MonetizeUrContent LLC. "You" means the person or company that pays for our service. You can read what clients say on our reviews page.

The Course Start offer

Course Start costs $500, one time. For that price, you get:

We deliver all three within 7 days of confirming your brief with you. If we are late, you get a full refund and you keep everything we made.

We accept five new Course Starts each week. If those five spots are taken, your project starts the following Monday.

Terms of sale

When you pay through our Stripe checkout, you accept these terms, our refund policy, and our privacy policy. All prices are in US dollars. Stripe processes the payment. You get a receipt by email.

The full course build

After Course Start, we send you a written quote for the full course build. You pay in milestones. The quote states the milestones. A typical plan is 50% to start and the rest per delivered module, or on final delivery, exactly as the quote says.

Your $500 Course Start payment is credited toward the first invoice of the full build. We start work on a milestone once you pay for it.

Late payment

Invoices are due within 10 business days. If payment is late, we may pause work, and your delivery date moves back by the same number of days. We do not charge interest or late fees.

Revisions and scope

Course Start gives you unlimited revision rounds on the first lesson, as described above.

For the full course build, each lesson includes two revision rounds after we send the review link. A revision means a change within the plan we already agreed on, not a new topic.

Changes beyond two rounds, changes to material you already approved, and new lessons that were not in the plan are quoted separately, at 75 USD per hour or as a fixed add-on price, before we start that work.

Review deadlines

You review drafts on your private review link. Please send your notes within 5 business days. If we do not hear from you in that time, we treat the draft as approved and move on. This keeps our delivery dates real.

Your material and third-party assets

You give us your own material to work from, such as notes, slides, recordings, logos, fonts, music, or stock footage. By sending it to us, you confirm that you own it or hold the license to use it. This also covers anything you ask us to include from a third party. You are responsible for any copyright claim about material you send us.

We may use licensed stock assets, fonts, and AI-generated assets in your deliverables. We hold the rights we need to include these in your course.

Ownership (intellectual property)

Ownership of the final deliverables, meaning the course plan, scripts, slides, video files, quiz files, and SCORM packages, transfers to you once the invoice that covers them is paid in full. Course Start deliverables transfer to you once you pay the $500.

Until an invoice is paid, we own that work and you may not publish it. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, processes, and any material we already had before your project. We may show finished lessons in our portfolio, unless you ask us in writing not to.

What we do not promise

We do not promise enrollments, completion rates, revenue, exam results, or any other business outcome. We promise to deliver your course to the plan and standard we agreed on.

Independent contractor

We are an independent company. We are not your employee, partner, or agent, and you are not ours. Each side pays its own taxes.

Confidentiality

We both keep the other side's non-public information private. See our privacy policy for how we handle data.

Cancellation

You can get a full refund on Course Start if you are still not happy after five complete revision rounds, or if we deliver late. See our refund policy for the full rules, including how to cancel the full course build.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work the claim is about. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, the date at the top of this page will change. Material changes will be noted here.
