Split it into tasks
Each task someone must do in order becomes one short lesson.
Write one goal per lesson
What the person can do at the end, with a time or a standard. For example: open the store in 20 minutes.
Add practice
A scenario or a put-it-in-order task beats rereading the steps.
Test it
A short quiz with a pass mark, so you have a record of who knows the procedure.
