What a SCORM quiz must send your LMS
The score
As a number the LMS can store. Most LMS read it as 0 to 100.
Pass or fail
Against your pass mark. In SCORM 1.2 this shares one field with "completed", which is why some reports look wrong. See SCORM 1.2 vs 2004.
Completion
So the course shows as done, not stuck "in progress".
Attempts
How many tries are allowed, and which score counts.

Why does my quiz show no score in the LMS?
Usually the quiz is not set to report a score, or the LMS reads a different SCORM version. See track training completion in an LMS.
