This policy explains what information buildmacourse collects, why, and what your choices are. We keep it short because we do not do much with your data.

What we collect

When you submit the quote request form, we collect:

• Your name, work email, and company or organization name
• Your phone or WhatsApp number, only if you choose to leave one
• The description of your training and audience
• Whether your material is already written
• If you arrived from a Google ad, the ad click identifier (gclid)

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms, our website host's form service.

Why we collect it

One reason: to respond to your enquiry and produce the course blueprint, quote, and sample lesson you asked for. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to any mailing list you did not ask for.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Ads conversion tracking (and may use Google Analytics) to measure whether our advertising works. These tools set cookies and record that a visit or form submission happened. They do not give us your identity from browsing alone.

You can opt out of Google's ad cookies at adssettings.google.com, or block cookies in your browser settings. The site works fine without them.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any project that follows from it. If nothing comes of the enquiry, you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@buildmacourse.com and we will handle it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
